Employee Awards

We want to acknowledge staff who:

  • Demonstrate kindness and care in a consistent, patient and professional way

  • Encourage teamwork and establish good working relationships

  • Promote individual choice, dignity and respect for all service users

  • Show commitment and enthusiasm

  • Respect service users and colleagues

  • Work to develop their skills and understanding

Fremantle staff are passionate about care - and they strive to demonstrate that passion by a commitment to truly person-centred service, whatever their role in our organisation.

These awards are about acknowledging the terrific job staff do and highlighting some of their outstanding achievements. So if you know someone who always provides exceptional customer service, or who is always willing to take a little extra care or trouble please nominate them as an 'Employee of the Month'.

These awards are for all staff - carers, nurses, housekeeping staff, kitchen and laundry workers, administrators and managers. They are not just about big achievements - it's often small things done consistently and with a cheerful smile that can make a big difference.

Fremantle's vision is to achieve excellence in care and support services by a focus on the individual. This is underpinned by the values in our Philosophy of Care statement.

Nomination forms can be downloaded by clicking here

Please return completed forms to the manager of the service,
or to Claire Gajeckyj, Marketing Manager, at Sunley House, Oxford Rd, Aylesbury HP19 8EZ
