Fremantle services are built on person-centred care and support. To achieve this

• We make a detailed care and support plan with every resident or daycare member and their family, friends and helpers

• Every resident or daycare member has a key worker - a single person who will help an individual articulate and achieve their personal aspirations

• We promote and support advocacy for all who want this help in planning their future

• We involve all members of our communities in planning services and telling us what we do well and what we can improve

Fremantle provides services in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Harrow, Barnet and Berkshire. We have services for older people and people with learning disabilities, providing care and support to 2,000 people.
