Sir Aubrey Ward House is a brand new, purpose built care home for 60 residents. The home provides specialist dementia care for 40 residents. The home is divided into four smaller 'Houses' one for 10 residents, two for 15 residents - all dementia care and one for 20 residents who do not require a dementia care service. Each house has its own lounge, dining room with kitchenette and assisted bathroom, every bedroom has an en suite shower room and has TV and telephone points.

Residents from Lent Rise House (Burnham) will move to the new home in July and Sir Aubrey Ward will be open for new admissions from August.
